Women receive tailored coaching and can share their distinct and meaningful perspectives and experiences to foster hope, breakthroughs, healing, and transformation in a more intimate setting. Within this unique and supportive atmosphere, women can address their challenges, uncover strengths, harness solutions, and valuable skills, and celebrate their successes while receiving mutual encouragement and empowerment. Within Mastermind, women engage in one-to-one bi-monthly sessions with Dr. Novia. This setting fosters the utmost intimacy, where women receive tailored coaching and engage in thought-provoking, meaningful conversations to cultivate hope, breakthroughs, healing, and transformative change. Additionally, one gathering is held where the women of the Mastermind program gather to share insights and strengths, celebrate wins, and receive coaching.
