Here's Why I'm So Passionate About this Work...

.....In every thread of my work, women are present. I'm passionate about helping them heal, thrive, and be their most authentic selves. I know what it's like to lose myself and embark on a healing journey that put me back in alignment with the woman I am at my core and who God created me to be.

About my background: I hold a Master of Social Work degree and am a licensed clinical social worker with diverse experience.

I also have a Ph.D. in marriage and family therapy, specializing in couple therapy, and I am a certified clinical trauma professional. My coaching style is solution-focused, future-centered, and rooted in strengths, drawn from an evidence-based therapy framework.

Also, I offer keynotes, workshops, and seminars tailored for women, diverse audiences, and faith-based organizations.

My speaking engagements have spanned continents, from South Korea to the United States, where I impart wisdom on cultivating healthy relationships, practicing self-forgiveness, nurturing empathy, fostering spiritual growth, and more.

My speaking style can be described as authentic, relatable, and engaging, and my ability to captivate diverse audiences has resonated with women who have called me "gifted" and their "missing piece."

As a writer, I have contributed to various magazine articles and blogs.

However, my true source of joy lies in my three books:
